Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice and the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the pediatric unit.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program (completion within three years of hire).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in pediatrics.
- CPR certification.
