Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Veterinarian to join our team as an In-Home Care Specialist. As a key member of our mobile veterinary practice, you will provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets, guiding families through the end-of-life process with sensitivity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for pets, ensuring a peaceful and dignified experience for both the animal and their family.
  • Build relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their excellent care and providing a seamless transition for pet owners.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of pets and their families.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least one year of experience as a practicing veterinarian, with a strong background in end-of-life care.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pet owners, veterinarians, and other healthcare professionals.
