Pediatric Homecare Certified Nursing Assistant

As a CNA certified nursing assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to pediatric patients in a home setting. With a focus on client-centered care, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering compassionate and reliable care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other members of the care team to ensure seamless coordination of services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding, and help with transfers/mobility
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

Compensation and Benefits:- $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
