Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Technician to join our team at Adventist HealthCare's Manor House. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop patient care protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient-professional collaboration at all levels of healthcare
  • Monitor therapeutic treatment and recognize and value differences in the care team
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures
  • Incorporate clinical guidelines into patient care and utilize information technology to deliver safe and efficient care
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Preferred qualifications include AA or BA in sociology or psychology, Psychiatric Technician certification, and Crisis Prevention Institute Certification
Work Schedule

Per Diem, as needed for coverage. Morning, evening, overnight 8-hour shifts. Sends out calendar a month in advance. 8-20 hours working for the full week.
