Job Summary

A Registered Nurse in Nursing Professional Development Generalist role uses expertise to enhance healthcare methods for learners. They improve patient outcomes and their own techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.
  • Identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs.

Location and Schedule

Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital, Dallas, Texas. Full time days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to occasionally work with the night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of pertinent experience is essential.
  • RN license and BLS certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nursing CVICU experience
