Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests to build relationships, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and increase guest loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to provide guests with informed recommendations.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet sales and service goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
