We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, interacting with guests to build an inclusive experience, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our services and offerings.

• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings, and services, including Target Loyalty programs and Wallet.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
