Role Summary
The CDL Driver at Select Water Solutions is tasked with the safe operation of trucks with a minimum Gross Vehicle Weight of 26,000 pounds. This role involves preparing loads for delivery, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing the loading and unloading of oilfield equipment while ensuring adherence to quality control and safety protocols throughout the operational process.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport equipment to various customer sites using medium-duty flatbed trucks and semi-tractors.
- Conduct load-outs of equipment at the facility.
- Engage in repetitive heavy lifting as required.
- Set up and dismantle equipment, unloading and positioning it at job sites.
- Possess Class A CDL driving experience, with a preference for flatbed driving experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in securing loads, ensuring trailers are loaded according to weight, width, and height regulations.
- Navigate lease roads safely.
- Maintain a DOT electronic log and paper Bill of Lading documentation.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance for all Well Testing company trucks.
- Ensure trucks are compliant with current inspection standards.
- Adhere to all D.O.T. regulations.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving eligibility as per Select's insurance criteria.
- Experience in the energy services sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Work independently and complete assignments to the highest quality standards.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
