About the Position

We are seeking a Biologist Assistant to join our team in Dripping Springs, Texas. As a key member of our Plateau Land & Wildlife office, this individual will provide administrative support to our biologist and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely documents for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Order Entry and Filing: Enter orders into our job software efficiently and organize client applications for easy access.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in an administrative capacity, including database management, customer engagement, filing, and intra-office communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
