Salary and Benefits

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Float PRN to join our Central Resource Float Pool (CRP). As a CRP Registered Nurse, you'll provide patient-centered care to individuals across various units, including critical care, medical, surgical, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within your scope of practice and based on your nursing competencies.
  • Float to units such as critical care, intensive care, medical, surgical, telemetry, and emergency department.
  • Implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • C coordinate patient discharge planning needs and maintain cultural and diversity awareness when interacting with patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.
  • 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
