Bon Secours Mercy Health is a leading healthcare provider in the Richmond, VA area. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced critical care transport registered nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Transport Specialist.
Job Summary:
This position involves working as part of an interdisciplinary care team to deliver critical care transport services to patients throughout the Richmond, VA area. You will conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, administer medications safely, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care transport services to patients in need
- Conduct patient assessments and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications safely and consistently
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license from the state of practice
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
