Job Title: Construction Superintendent

At Synergy Professionals Inc, we are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and train field personnel and site teams on safety, logistics, construction methods, and procedures.
  • Direct the company's field labor and site subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule, and costs are maintained.
  • Manage and coordinate site development, including earthwork, grading, and underground utilities.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 2 years as a lead superintendent on wood frame multifamily projects over $10M.
  • Experience with site development, earthwork, grading, and underground utilities is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in construction software, such as Procore, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
