Key Responsibilities- Sales: Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
- Training and Education: Educate store teams on hero products, develop brand advocates, and track event sales impact.
- Calendar Execution: Activate store visit calendar, recap store successes, and provide detailed weekly recaps.
- Communication: Communicate with manager regularly, collaborate with store leadership, and communicate stock concerns.
- 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
- Currently live in the territory listed in the job posting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- 1+ years Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships.
- Passion in the Clean Beauty Category.
