Job Title: Sales & Education Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced beauty professional to join our team as a Sales & Education Advisor. As a key member of our sales and education team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, educating store teams on our products, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
  • Coordinate store visit schedules and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives.
  • Create monthly calendars to support focus doors and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to store teams on hero products and key selling behaviors.
  • Build relationships with clients and drive loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with store and brand field leadership teams to ensure new store openings are executed successfully.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
  • Currently living in the Clinton Township, MI metropolitan area.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours and lift at least 30 lbs.
