Job Overview:

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in the Cellular Immunotherapies & Transplant Unit.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in our 21-bed progressive care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bone Marrow Transplant and Oncology, with a focus on pre and post-transplant care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants and other cellular immunotherapies
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Float within the Oncology Division and other units within competency
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
* Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives

**Requirements:**

* 2 years of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology
* Current BLS/BCLS certification
* Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
