Qualifications:

  • 3-20 years of expertise in account resolution and credit management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong grasp of financial documents and credit assessments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Solid business insight and analytical skills.
  • Quick adaptability to new systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee collection efforts for significant and complex accounts.
  • Evaluate collection metrics and discern patterns.
  • Assess credit-held orders and suggest credit extensions.
  • Address short payments, disputes, and invoicing challenges.
  • Adhere to credit protocols to release orders under review.
  • Conduct customer evaluations and propose credit limits.
  • Track account aging and establish collection objectives.
  • Support various projects and initiatives as needed.


Compensation Details: $24.50 per hour
