Job Title: Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the physician with the preparation of and the technical aspects of the role of the scrub person during surgical procedures.
  • Perform routine technical and various other duties as required.
  • Work with detailed, confidential material, and maintain sensitivity, maturity, and flexibility in coping with difficult situations.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to ensure the care and safety of surgical patients.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent education.
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Certification by an entity accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies required (must be obtained within 12 months of completing the training program).
  • 1-2 years of Operating Room experience preferred.
