About This Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Custodian to join our team within the Facilities Maintenance Department at the City of Blue Ash.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine custodial tasks at Special Events
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of City of Blue Ash facilities, including the Municipal Building, Golf Course, Summit Park, Fire Department, Cooper Creek Event Center, Service Department, Parks & Grounds Maintenance building, Recreation Center, and Sports Center
Requirements
  • Basic to intermediate skills in custodial practices
  • Ability to lift items weighing at least 50 pounds
  • Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work mornings, mid-shift, evenings, weekends, and during Special Events
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
