We are seeking a skilled Hvac Commercial Service Technician to join our team at GPAC, a leading recruitment company in the Mechanical industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to heavy workload of service calls in a professional manner
* Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions
* Utilize troubleshooting guides to identify problems efficiently
* Ensure system operations and safety controls are checked before leaving job locations
* Address customer questions and concerns before completing work
* Use proper tools and instruments for troubleshooting
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Communicate tactfully with customers to offer solutions to system problems
* Prioritize tasks based on call schedules and respond to interruptions
* Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly
* Inform supervisors and managers of new developments, changes, or customer complaints
* Complete service reports daily and obtain customer signatures

Requirements:

* 5+ years of commercial service experience
* EPA Certification
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
