Senior HVAC Service Technician

At iSoftTek Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional operation of our commercial HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems
  • Use a variety of hand tools, read wiring diagrams, piping schemes, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units
  • Respond to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns
  • Document work by completing necessary paperwork on each job
  • Provide technical support to customers
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of service experience specific to residential/commercial HVAC industry
  • Knowledge of basic electricity, electrical, and control systems
  • Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
  • Good driving record
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings (driving record, background check, and drug test)
  • Universal EPA Certification (ACTIVE)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HVAC Journeyman/Master certification
  • Strong knowledge in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
