We are looking for a prospective team member for the position of SVP, Client Relationship Strategy to join our Treasury Services Business Development and Sales team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the following areas:
  • Enhance Treasury Services revenue by identifying and establishing new client relationships while expanding existing client portfolios.
  • Perform thorough client assessments to uncover trends and insights across Cash Management, Payments, and Trade, and formulate recommendations to utilize BNY Mellon's core offerings.
  • Collaborate across the organization to leverage relationships, proactively showcase, and expand Treasury Services solutions, while building and managing connections with key internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate business process evaluations related to sales opportunities and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs, delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Provide strategic insights and suggestions to product managers to enhance and refine solutions and offerings based on client feedback.
  • Address intricate client challenges by partnering with internal stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions.
To excel in this position, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required; an advanced/graduate degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in Treasury services, with extensive industry knowledge in payables, working capital optimization, cash management, liquidity, and foreign exchange.
  • A proven track record of successful client engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across the organization and deliver high-level communications.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Relevant local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

The base salary for this position is anticipated to be between $81,000 and $180,000 per year at the start of employment. However, the actual base salary will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account experience and market location, and is only one component of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive programs, and company-sponsored benefits.
