Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, management, and configuration of Azure cloud infrastructures.
- Provide expert architectural guidance for Azure-based environments.
- Exhibit proficiency in DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Develop comprehensive solutions architecture and assess architectural options for various cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end cloud architecture, encompassing networking, provisioning, and management.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of Azure environments and propose best practices in areas such as Compute, Storage, Backup, Recovery, and Archiving.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions adhere to both technical and functional requirements.
- Utilize previous experience and innovative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in cloud computing technologies and methodologies.
- Guide cross-functional teams in utilizing and accessing cloud data, particularly during significant transitions or updates.
- Engage in Root Cause Analysis sessions to enhance Azure system performance.
- Advise on operational enhancements and modifications to align with industry best practices.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, applications, and trends.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, software applications, and design principles.
- Experience with major cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong skills in cloud migration and data management, emphasizing data privacy and security.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing Azure infrastructures.
At least 5 years of experience in implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure, adhering to industry best practices.
5+ years of experience in analyzing Azure environments and recommending best practices specific to Azure in areas such as Compute, Storage, Backup, Recovery, and Archiving.
