Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Associate to join our team at Alphapro Logistics LLC. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

In this role, you will work independently, managing delivery routes and schedules to ensure seamless delivery services. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver packages to customers
  • Manage delivery routes and schedules, using your own initiative to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues that may arise, using your excellent communication skills to provide a high level of service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using technology and systems to track and manage delivery progress
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license within the state of employment
  • Be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
