Job Summary

As a Clinical Case Manager with TFI Family Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing in-home clinical services to families using the Parent Management Training Oregon (PMTO) model. About the Position

This Clinical Case Manager position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, along with a Kansas BSRB license. You will be responsible for delivering in-home services to 5–8 families, developing treatment plans, addressing barriers to engagement, and participating in team meetings. Additionally, you will need to maintain PMTO certification by video-taping sessions and integrating coaching feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home services to 5–8 families, 5–8 hours weekly per family, for 4–6 months.
  • Develop treatment plans, transition plans, and discharge plans with families and caseworkers.
  • Address barriers to engagement and provide therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and document assessments and services accurately.
  • Maintain PMTO certification through video-taped sessions and coaching feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Kansas BSRB license required.

Compensation and Benefits
