Job Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians/providers with medical procedures and exams.
  • Prepare and update patient records using electronic medical records (EMRs) systems.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations and procedures according to physician preferences.
  • Administer medications and conduct patient education as required.
  • Maintain stocked, neat, and clean exam rooms and common work areas on a daily basis.
  • Handle phone nursing duties, including triaging, pre-certifications, referrals, and calling in prescriptions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational or college credits preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in a medical office setting required.
  • Required competency in using EMRs and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Current State of Tennessee Registered Nurse License required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
