Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, following physician orders and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Evaluate patient progress, make necessary adjustments to care plans, and document all interactions and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to state-specific guidelines, and ensure timely submission of documentation.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
