Key responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, aiding with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and maintaining accurate documentation.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Current California CNA certification
- One year of experience as a CNA, preferably with medically complex patients
- Current CPR certification for healthcare providers
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families
