Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current California CNA certification
  • One year of experience as a CNA, preferably with medically complex patients
  • Current CPR certification for healthcare providers
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families
