About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Student Housing Coordinator to join our team at Marshall B. Ketchum University. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities, including student housing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campus Operations: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, coordinating office supply requisitions, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and preparing purchasing requisition forms.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate work orders with other campus operation staff members, including building issues, maintenance, and repairs. Monitor and replace light bulbs, perform minor electrical repairs, and coordinate with outside contractors or vendors.
  • Student Housing: Act as primary contact for leases, including meeting with potential renters, guiding them on tours of available units, and preparing leasing documents. Develop and maintain policies and procedures on housing, including eligibility, lease agreements, waiting lists, and emergency housing.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Director of Campus Operations, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating events.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Five years of experience in an office environment working in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, ability to utilize MS Office for daily/routine work, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and speaking.
Working Environment

The work environment is typically performed in an office setting with normal working conditions, most of which are in an educational institution environment. Duties may also be performed at other facilities where University functions are occurring.
