Job Summary

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Norcross, GA Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the pharmacy operations, including compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
  • Ensure compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and manage staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Participate in the preparation, distribution, and security of controlled substances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in sterile compounding.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
