POSITION SUMMARY: As a Bar Support Specialist, you will assist Bartenders by maintaining cleanliness and organization in bar areas, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide an outstanding guest experience by delivering the best combination of food, beverages, and entertainment in a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters, taking prompt action or suggesting alternatives when necessary.
  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both guests and team members.
  • Adhere to alcohol awareness protocols to prevent overconsumption and manage intoxicated guests appropriately.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to optimize cost management while enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure ongoing guest contentment by checking in after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, clearing clutter, and responding promptly to guest requests.
  • Work efficiently while adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy.
  • Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have all necessary items.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations set by the company.
  • Be responsible for stocking the bar with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins.
  • Maintain beer inventory levels during and after shifts, including keeping requisition sheets updated.
  • Ensure cleanliness of bar areas at all times.
  • Empty trash and perform spot cleaning as needed or requested by management.
  • Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing duties.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, including party breakdown responsibilities.
  • Assist in keeping bar storage areas clean and organized.
  • Help set up bars for events.
  • Participate in inventory counts as directed by management.
  • Engage in sales incentives and contests to promote the brand.
  • Support fellow team members as needed based on business demands.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members to promote a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Walk or stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
