Lead HRIS Solutions Analyst

Amentum is in search of a **Lead HRIS Solutions Analyst** to enhance the effectiveness of the Human Resources Information Systems function **(HRIS)**, with a concentration on business process architecture, analytics, and data security.
**Experience with Workday is essential.** This role is designed for remote work within the United States, and US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborating within a larger team, this position is responsible for the administration of the Workday platform, which includes managing integrations, system configurations, security protocols, data audits, and the implementation of new features.
+ Spearheading the design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of system improvements and automation initiatives utilizing specialized Human Resources technology in the realms of business process workflows, security measures, and reporting capabilities.
+ Engaging with various departments such as Program HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT to foster collaboration and support project specifications and requirements.
+ Directing the design and development of HCM & Recruiting systems, which encompasses business process architecture, domain and role security, and reporting functionalities.
+ Conducting regular data audits and validations, following up with relevant teams for necessary corrections. Frequently performing requirements assessments with HRIS leads and proactively refining processes to align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Partnering with the Senior HRIS Trainer to facilitate training sessions, which includes creating user manuals, instructional videos, and other educational materials. Providing training to end users on new functionalities and processes.
+ Contributing to the operational management and advancement of HRIS to uphold organizational policies. Ensuring compliance with employee data privacy regulations, HR laws, and data management standards. Adhering to established change control and approval protocols when updating employee records and system configurations.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
+ **At least 5 years of relevant HRIS experience with a focus on business process architecture, analytics, and data security.**
+ **A minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday.**
+ Familiarity with ADP, Deltek Costpoint, or similar complex systems.
+ Experience in government contracting is preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ An analytical mindset for interpreting user requirements to identify necessary software modifications and enhance system efficiency.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; adept at prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
+ Personal attributes conducive to success in this role include confidence, adaptability, teamwork, innovation, and strong communication skills across all organizational levels, including executive management, regarding sensitive issues.
