  • Transport and handle window treatments safely to customers' destinations.
  • Install units using necessary tools and techniques as recommended.
  • Inspect products pre and post-installation for any damage and ensure proper installation.
  • Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work with a changing schedule.
  • Complete continual product training and maintain product knowledge with new products and technical specifications.
  • Diligently handle multiple projects at once.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in their homes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Engage with customers in positive attitudes at field-marketing events.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
