As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for handling civil litigation and trial experience with exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, the rules of evidence, no fault, and trial strategy. You will work closely with our team to manage a caseload where work is time sensitive.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials. You must have an active license to practice law in Michigan and be a member in good standing with the state bar. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, including experience handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

Qualifications:
