About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technology attorney to lead the development of the legal strategy to support our mission-critical transformation. As a Senior Manager, Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in identifying legal and compliance risks and advising on the implementation of risk-management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new business models by identifying legal and compliance risks and advising on the implementation of risk-management strategies.
  • Negotiate complex and large SaaS/outsourcing agreements for Navitaire customers, balancing commercial and legal stakes.
  • Work independently and with teams, driven by a need to make the complex simple and with an excellent legal judgment and business mindset.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Law (e.g. JD, LLB, LLM) and Legal Qualification to practice as a lawyer in the US.
  • At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house position in a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in offering counsel role supporting the development of new business models and go-to-market offerings, IT/SaaS/outsourcing agreements, and related data privacy issues.
