Groundwork Coordinator

Burkentine Real Estate Group seeks a seasoned Excavation Operator to manage our site operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience in excavation activities.

The Excavation Operator will be responsible for:

• Leading daily excavation activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Laying out footing locations according to scheduled stakes and excavating, forming, and pouring building footings.
• Installing footer drain tile and stone along foundation walls.
• Backfilling foundations and compacting the soil.
• Preparing the ground for concrete slab installation.
• Excavating trenches for utility lines installed by subcontractors.
• Installing roof drain and downspout piping.
• Constructing and installing septic systems.
• Rough grading lots to meet finished grade requirements.
• Final grading and topsoiling lots for proper water runoff.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
