Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Instructor to join our team at NFI Group. As a Technical Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering technical training courses to both internal staff and external customers, ensuring adherence to all workplace rules, guidelines, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Delivery: Develop and deliver technical training courses to meet the needs of participants and incorporate the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Training Materials: Create and update training materials to ensure they are engaging, informative, and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop new training programs.
  • Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities and participant performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a technical trainer or instructor in the automotive, transportation, or related industry.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of vehicle drive train, electrical, air, and hydraulic systems.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Software: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
