Healthcare Support Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a key member of our Nursing Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the needs of our residents and guests are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks, including answering signal lights, distributing linens, and serving food trays.
- Provide non-resident care, including cleaning resident rooms, emptying soiled linen and garbage carts, and washing wheelchairs.
- Transport residents to meals and activities, using wheelchair or wheeled cart.
- Complete personal inventory sheets with all admissions and report accidents and incidents immediately to the charge nurse.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate/GED
- Successfully completed a CNA training program in North Carolina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
