  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and perform maintenance procedures with efficiency and high-quality standards.

  • Safety and Housekeeping: Comply with all safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Paperwork and Attendance: Properly complete required paperwork and maintain good attendance.

Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Must have the ability to successfully install, troubleshoot, and repair truck equipment or have a basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, including:
    • Heavy Duty Mechanics
    • Electronic Diagnostic Software
    • 12-Volt Wiring and Electronics Installation and Repair
    • Hydraulics Experience and/or Knowledge
    • Welding and/or Fabrication Experience or General Knowledge
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License and Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background Checks and Drug Screening: Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Computer Skills and Hand Tools: Must have basic computer skills and knowledge, as well as a complete set of quality hand tools.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, kneel, and crouch for long periods, climb ladders, and lift in excess of 50 pounds either with or without reasonable accommodation.
