The Eastern Sports Management is seeking a dedicated Volleyball Program Supervisor. The incumbent will play a vital role in team management, including recruitment and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, organization, and management of sports leagues, tournaments, and recreational programs.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of games, facilities, officials, and scorekeepers for various sports activities.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of sports team personnel.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all participants in the programs.
- Maintain program standards and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Compile and present data and reports related to program performance as required.
- Assist in the development and management of the program budget to meet financial and service objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
Candidates should possess a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the necessary skills for effective performance. Typical qualifications include:
- A minimum of three years of experience in developing and managing diverse sports recreation programs.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Creative mindset with a proven track record of innovative programming.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to foster community relationships.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
