Northwestern Memorial Healthcare stands at the forefront of the medical field, dedicated to delivering outstanding patient services and fostering professional development. We are in search of a skilled Mammography Technician to join our team on a flexible schedule, providing support as required across various outpatient facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the precise ordering, billing, and monitoring of imaging procedures.
- Engage with patients effectively throughout their imaging experience.
- Position patients to achieve the highest quality images.
- Conduct a range of mammography tests and bone density assessments.
- Prepare imaging results for review and uphold quality assurance standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification in Mammography, IEMA.
- A minimum of 40 hours of specialized training in mammography.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent educational background.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
