Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ALM Administrator to join our team at Dudas IT Resources & Advisory Inc. As an ALM Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our ALM tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain ALM tools, including Micro Focus ALM, QC, and Octane.
  • Configure and customize ALM tools to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for users on ALM tool usage.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ALM tool-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and develop workflows and configurations to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and proactively manage centralized shared tools services.
  • Integrate ALM tools with other Micro Focus and 3rd Party tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
