Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Native Benefits Products team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and scaling of our existing benefits products, as well as identifying and launching new 0-to-1 products in the benefits landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Own and improve our existing suite of Rippling Native Benefits products
- Drive the identification, hiring, launch, and scaling of new 0-to-1 benefits products
- Scale our current products to support tens of millions of employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market-leading benefits products that can scale to billions in revenue
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with 0-to-1 product launches and products at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building regulated products in healthcare and/or fintech
- Founder or hypergrowth startup experience a strong plus
