Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Move vehicles around the lot before, during, and after servicing, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Perform related porter work in the service department, including checking and refilling fuel tanks of vehicles.
  • Assist with check-in duties when vehicles arrive, including paperwork and organizing service history.
  • Inspect wheels and tires for safe driving conditions.
  • Clean vehicles, including polishing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailing, to maintain a high level of quality and appearance.
  • Ensure the service lot is organized and vehicles are parked appropriately, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Assist in the maintenance of shop equipment, including polishers, buffers, and vacuums, to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in auto sales or service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
