Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the production process to ensure equipment is running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining neat and organized production records
• Following production SOPs and adhering to food plant GMPs in the workplace
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Performing general housekeeping of all production areas
• Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
• Assisting the maintenance department as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of Forklift safety and operation
• Basic knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Certified preferred

Working Conditions:

• Regularly lifting of up to 50 Ibs.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Able to work in hot/cold, dusty conditions
