Job Summary:
A Senior Property Manager is required by Ascend Talent Solutions for a high-performing commercial real estate management company. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in property management, with increasing responsibilities, preferably in Class A properties. Additionally, they must possess supervisory experience and hold a Texas Real Estate License along with RPA or CPM designations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed budgets and forecasts for property expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including accruals, variance reports, and stacking plans.
  • Monitor all expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with property budget parameters.
  • Liaise with owners and the accounting team to ensure contract compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee and support tenant and capital improvements to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Responsible for lease collections and coordinate default proceedings.
  • Enforce lease terms and conditions, including court appearances as needed.
