About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at AccentCare. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to implement agency philosophy and goals in patient care.
  • Document observations and care provided according to agency policy and procedure.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, and assist patients and their families in simplifying household tasks and coping with disabilities.
  • Recognize and respect the physical, emotional, and developmental characteristics of patients, including their need for privacy and property.
Requirements
  • Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate (if required by state)
  • Home Health Aide Certification meeting HCFA requirements, plus one year of experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Licensed driver with an automobile insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
