  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulations throughout the design and development processes.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to manage project deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize engineering processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality and reliability.
  • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including drawings, test reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project records.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations to communicate findings, project progress, performance, and any process-related concerns and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of engineering standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and technical expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • A strong working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of process engineering and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of hydraulic simulation software such as AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, PIPEPHASE, PIPE-FLO, and/or SiNet.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, Aspen Plus Dynamics, PRO/II, DYNSIM, HYSYS, CHEMCAD, WinGEMS, ProMax, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
