About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential product opportunities
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
  • Perform testing and validation of new products
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and production teams
  • Continuously improve and refine existing products based on customer feedback and industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
  • GD&T and strong mechanical design experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
