Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and develop individualized care plans
- Lead a team of nurses to provide direct patient care and ensure the implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and report on resident conditions, including any changes or concerns
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
