  • Facilitate patient flow through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure all equipment and instruments are sterilized and disinfected.
  • Document all procedures accurately in treatment records.
  • Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA standards and protocols.
  • Assist the Doctor during procedures, including preparation and documentation.
  • Handle wires, brackets, and adhesives, as well as perform digital impressions and workflow.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on service.
  • Foster a caring and friendly atmosphere that aligns with our company’s core values.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a professional, honest team player.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Possession of a valid MA & CT Dental Assistant License.
